1/2 hour late. Tried to sell me a cheap, new door knob before he even tried to fix the one that didn't work. He jiggled the knob a few times and gave me a bill for $140. When I complained he said he was charging $65 for the service call and $75 labor. I told him that was double the charge and called the office. The man at the office said that was their rate and they were standing with the $140 charge for 10 minutes worth of work......This place is a total RIP OFF.
