The extra mile
I came here because i have been driving by for a year and always look busy. So i need some work done Jay came out and talk to me and said they were very busy. We talk he has so much hands on experience i felt like i just learned A - Z about cars. But there still busy he told me they could not even look at the car that day. I felt so good about my first impression with jay i did not want to go any were else. So to my surprise after filling out paper work he walks over and hands me keys to his own car. He said he was sorry please take my car so we don't put you out for us being busy. The rest is history Name says it all A 1 first class service. With someone that loves what he does. Thank you Tony T

Terrific service
Our car was stolen and recovered by the police a few weeks later. Unfortunately, when we went to pick it up from the impound lot, the car would not start and there was a lot of damage to the steering column. At one point, we considered giving up on it altogether.
Then we went over to see Jay and he told us that we should definitely keep the car because he could restore it back to working order. So I told him to go ahead with the repairs. Lo an behold, a few days later we went to pick up the car and it was in terrific shape. Jay was really communicative throughout the the whole process and I would not hesitate to recommend A-1 Auto.

I bought a used 350z last summer and wanted to find a shop/mechanic familiar with the car who could service it. A-1 is THE place! I've taken it in twice and have been more than satisfied each time. They were great at diagnosing the problems, and they fixed only what needed to be fixed. For instance, I thought the battery needed to be replaced. They could have taken my word on it, replaced it, and charged me for it, but he said the battery was still in good shape and it wasn't necessary to replace. Very friendly, very reasonable prices, great customer service. Thanks to Jay and his team for taking such good care of my Z.

I found Doyle as a college student trying to get my Honda's clutch repaired. Everywhere I called was trying to gouge me until my boss had me call Doyle, who gave me a quote at about 60% of other estimates. He's been my only mechanic since. I've never had a problem with his work, it's always been excellent, and his prices surprise me every time with how unbeatable they continue to be after all these years.
Jay & Coco are great additions to Doyle's business. They seem to share his philosophies on customer service and mechanic integrity. As a female, it's nice to be able to walk into a mechanic and not be leered at or condescended to.
