I love this place. I wish there was a way to rate it at 4 1/2 stars, only because of one particular employee there, he has a slight attitude, but he's not there often, at least not when i end up in there. the girl who works there is extremely friendly and outgoing, especially considering she is in a male-dominated environment. being a girl myself, and new to gaming, she really made me feel comfortable. they always have a huge supply of gaming stuff and if they don't have it they are normally willing to order it for you. the warhammer section is decent sized and if they don't have it they will for sure order it. everything is at a good price as well. like i said if there was a way to do 4 1/2 stars i would, but a hidden fortress definitely deserves to be rounded up.‎

I've had nothing but positive experiences at hidden fortress. The staff and customers are extremely both friendly and helpful. Whoever has a bad experience there is most likely creating the bad experience themselves.‎

I really wanted to go check this place out, but when I called with a question the guy answering the phone had a real attitude problem. Definitely going to stay away.‎

Friendly staff always offering their help the moment you walk in the door. Loyal customers come for the product, but return for the business. Always looking forward to another visit.
