I checked out this wedding store b/c I saw the raving reviews on City Search, and the customer service is as amazing as described! Troy (the owner) makes you comfortable and excited to try on dresses. You don't feel rushed, or uncomfortable around her b/c her personality is very upbeat and friendly. You can tell she cares about finding the dress of your dreams to make you happy. Also it's appointment only, so you get the whole store to yourself which is a nice change from some places. I definitely recommend this store! I found the dress of my dreams - I wanted the impossible - something simple, but gorgeous and classy. She found me a gorgeous, flowy dress that captured the southern bell look. The fabric was so pretty and soft, and layered in such a fancy way! Lastly, the veil she chose was very dramatic yet not overdone. Wow! IMPRESSIVE PLACE!

I was a little hesitant at first because, this bridal store is not really big like the others. But I can tell you that I'm so glad I went to thsi store. Troy is amazing. I love her boutique. It's warm and inviting and you don't get lost in a sea of dresses. Girls if you want personalized attention you only get at a smaller store, I highly recommend this shop. I'm not going to those huge mega wal-mart like bridal stores anymore. I couldn't take the noise and the stores crammed full of people - I couldn't hear my friends talking. Troy's shop is comfortable and relaxing - which is what it should be when I'm purchasing my dream dress. PLUS her dresses are so fantastic. I didn't want a cookie-cutter dress - I wanted something NO ONE else had.

The store offers unique designers and dresses that you will LOVE! Troy, the owner, is such a pleasure to work with. She makes you feel comfortable from the minute you walk in the door. She makes you feel like the special bride that you are. (Before I went to Amaya Dillion I went to Saks in Beverly Hills and that was such a horrible experience. The sales woman was so rude and horrible).
Troy makes wedding dress shopping the way it should be---fun and relaxing.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Amaya Dylan Bridal Gallery! I've been to many bridal salons in both the S.F. & L.A. areas, and I cannot rave enough about Troy, the owner, and her service! Troy is so warm and personable - unlike any other bridal consultant I've ever met. She made me feel instantly at ease and at home in her lovely shop, taking her time with me & never making me feel pressured or like she was rushing me through the process. Because she works mostly by appointment, you get undivided attention from Troy. She was also very honest about working within my budget and finding styles that *I* looked good and felt comfortable in, not just what SHE thought would look good. Troy also lets you take pictures, so you can share with friends and family who couldn't be there with you.

The store is beautifully decorated, like you just walked into a comfortable jewelry box, if you can imagine what that feels like :) I love the fact that Amaya Dylan carries uncommon designers, so you can be sure that your gown is unique (for example, the gown I was looking at is only carried by one other store in all of California). Because of this, Troy doesn't have tons of dresses, but the selection of gowns (as well as veils & jewelry) is gorgeous. And if Troy doesn't have something you're looking for, she can custom design it for you. She also works closely with a tailor to the celebrities who is above her shop, and his prices are extremely fair for the quality of work.

(As an aside, on my first day at her shop, I started to not feel well while trying on gowns. Troy offered me water and a sandwich, and brought a fan in to put cool air on me in the hopes of making me feel better! Danny, the tailor upstairs, also brought me a banana :) Such gracious, genuinely caring people!)

If you are looking for a wedding gown, I highly recommend eschewing other mass-market and/or hoity-toity snooty bridal gown stores, and get the personalized service you deserve from Troy at Amaya Dylan!

We were able to find a large selection of bridal and bridesmaid dresses here. The prices were high but the service was good and we were happy with the results.
