The dirtiest gyn in town‎
This place is the worst gym in town. I have been a member here for the last 15 years and finally changed to la fitness and I am kicking myself for not doing it sooner. Granted, the LA fitness is brand new and bally's was a little cheaper but I would never even think of going back. So yourself a favor and stay far from this establishment.‎

The parking is impossible!! The place is gross and dirty feeling. I joined and never go. It's awful! I wish I hadnt ever joined them.‎

Bally Total Fitness in Pasadena is crap
Parking is so bad that I have been turned off even going there. Blocks away and crowded with Old Town visitors. Tried to cancel my membership. Nobody answers the phones. Depressing atmosphere ,sullen looking gang types working out there. ...

DO NOT JOIN BALLY's!
I joined Bally Total Fitness in June of 2008. When I joined, the cycling classes were included in the membership. Bally Total Fitness changed the policy so that I will have to pay $16 more a month for this service and is now refusing to let me cancel my membership. Horrible place. Do not join. Facilities are old and not work the price.‎

Im not sure if the staff are new... but I am a new bally member and I am very satisfied. The staff let me use the gym for the week and I loved how much cardio eqiuptment was available. I am walking distance from the gym which makes this a convinient choice.. 4 out of 5.. I just preffer the new rubber covered free weights
