I went hoping for information and compassion and left with a prescription and a scar. I asked questions that were ignored. And no explanations were given to what the doctor was doing or what the prescription was for. It may not be a big deal for them to remove a piece of a patient's flesh, but it was a big deal to me and I would have appreciated a little bit of compassion and in the very least the information that I am due as a patient.

Bottom line is - this is a "fast food" style doctor's office. If you want to get in and out and don't want to be involved in your health it is fine I suppose.
