Ill never go back: I have been in Balboa for over 30 years and have never had such poor customer service. I have a child with food allergies and deal with it whenever we go out for food. I have never had an issue with ordering food ANYWHERE until I encountered an employee at Great Mex. When I ordered I asked the employee if there was egg or dairy in a specific item. He replied "no".
