I was absolutely thrilled at how knowledgeable and helpful both Dr. Terino and his staff were when I went in for my consultation. My questions were answered and fears assuaged in an accurate and professional manner without making me feel stupid. No one tried to sell me anything that I didn't want or need, or convince me that I needed a grocery list of procedures done, and he even offers specials to help people whose wallets are feeling the strain of the current economical situation. After surgery, I was treated very well and given very specific and helpful information regarding aftercare, as well as the healing process. His staff was readily available to address any questions, concerns or problems that I had after surgery as well. I had my first surgery with Dr. Terino in the early 80's (breast aug) and last year Dr. Terino did a mid face lift, cheek implants and my nose. I'm thrilled. I just had my 1 year appointment and my before and after photos are fantastic. He is still teaching the latest techniques to the younger surgeons around the world, no suprise to me. Dr. Terino has always been very thorough and I never felt rushed, but he does that for everyone, so sometimes there is a little wait, but well worth it! It's no "cookie cutter" office for sure.
