They take special care of me due to my special dental needs, and if I have an emergency, they mamage to get me in right away. They have a group they work closely with to help keep me "together" - crowns, dental implants; and when I had a really special situation with a broken foot and couldn't be driving around town to get to my usual implant doctor (whom he recommended and I LOVE) he was able to immediately get me in to someone in the same building as he was located (as I had very severe infections due to a broken bone in my foot and had not been able to get out of the house) and got me in to this other doctor who was able to pull two teeth right away (not ideal, but usual for me) and prep me with a bone graft and in a couple of months I will have two implants. Dr. Frank knows me well, knows my needs, his office is fabulous in working with my never-ending rotating needs, and my special billing with insurances. I love them, they are like a little extended family. And Andy, who does the colors on the implants and crowns is a TRUE artisan - he spends about 20 minutes with me before he even mixes the colors, and then mixes in strata of light and everything to make it as realistic and unnoticable as possible. I love this whole office - even the hygenists that I see (specially) every TWO monts instead of three because of my unusual needs. I cannot reccomend this group enough. $2000-$300 an office visit, not counting digital xrays, they are SUPERB.

very expensive, this place works for money, I am very disappointed‎

I have been a patient of Dr. Frank's for several years - and I live in Orange County. And now my friends, also from Orange County are travelling to see Dr. Frank. Originally I was referred to him by a friend when I needed a cap on my front tooth. I was worried because I could always "tell" if someone had a fake front tooth and I wanted to minimize that as much as possible. What I got was beyond my expectations. I now ask my friends to guess which tooth is fake - AND THEY CAN"T. The office is very nice and the staff is wonderful (Hi Colette). As you can tell, I recommend Dr. Frank highly.‎

I've been a patient of Dr. Andrew Frank for almost 10 years. I was in some pain a month ago and called the office. I was told by a staff member to come right in and Dr. Frank would work me into his schedule. After I entered the office I waited no more than five minutes before I was greeted by one of his assisstants and taken into an operatory. It seems a filling I had made in New York, (I travel a lot for work) fell out. Dr. Frank suggested a crown and I agreed. This was one of my front teeth and I was a little worried about a good color match. Dr. Frank assured me his technician could match the color with no problem. After Dr. Frank did his thing in walked the same technician I keep seeing everytime I get a crown. (I have 5 crowns to date) He fiddled around in my mouth taking notes and then left. I asked Dr. Frank how the same technician appears everytime I have needed a crown. To my surprise he told me he has his own laboratory in the office and all his crowns have been made by the same man for the last 20 years. When I came back to get my crown Dr. Frank said it needed a little color adjustment. So it was taken into his laboratory and in no more thank 15 minutes the crown was in my mouth and I can't tell the difference. Dr Frank and Staff are the best. I highly recommend him if you want great work and service.

Running late? Always seem like your on the run? Traffic gets you all the time? Like to be seated promptly at a doctor's office? Your'e probably thinking "Yeah Right! " Think Dr. Andrew Frank! Talk about being prompt. Once you go to the office you'll see why. Besides being greeted by a friendly staff, you'll be callled in right away by either a dental assistant or a hygienist with a delightful smile. Once you're in the room, you'll have a choice of watching cable TV or radio to catch up on some media you've been too busy to hear. But besides all the wonderful things the office has to offer, I recommenfd Dr. Frank because of his wonderful work ethic and treatment. Just enough to recommend my whole family!
