See John Wayne's former home and wooden boat on a tour around Newport Harbor on a huge tour boat! The tour takes you by lots of other star's homes. My wife thought the homes were great and I thought the ride around the Newport Harbor in the sun was wonderful. We both had a great time. It's nice to take a tour first, before you visit other places in Newport Beach. The boat tour helps you figure out the basic shape of the peninsula and how the different streets fit into the overall picture. It was a wonderful day trip. I would like to go back and try the evening tour to see the lights on the coast. Fun time!
