Very Bad service with unprofessional staffs
I bought a dinning set two weeks ago and this is what happened. The dinning table and one of 6 chairs were damaged when I open the box at home. Called the store, was told to take pictures and send via email. I did. Three days later, I went to the store and picked up the replacements.Not a single person said sorry.Opened the replacement boxes at the store to check for damages and found the replacemen t chair was also damaged. I was told to take the damaged chair home, take picture and send it via email. So I did. Again, not a single word of sorry from any of the staffs. Next day, I got a call from the manager telling me I had to contact the manufacturer because it has passed 72 hours since the purchase. During the heated conversation with him, he started cursing me and and said that he doesn't f**king care what I do and he is not going to do anything to get my chair replaced. Yes, he said F word and many other bad words and hang up on me. I called him again on speaker phone ready to record but he was smart enough not to repeat those words. I've called the manufacturer and reported this incident. Manufacturer is shipping the replacement piece directly to my address.
I agree the price for the dinning set is very well price but I also expect reasonable service. I certainly don't expect to be cursed at.
