I work in retail, so I have a pretty good idea of what "good customer service" is. And, since I work in retail, I have to deal with just as many happy people as I do cranky people, so I'd like to receive the same kind of service I give.

The Galaxy of Comics' customer service is top notch. If you have a question, they answer it. If they can't answer it right off the bat, they investigate until they find an answer. If they don't have what you're looking for that day, they'll try and get it.
