I read the reviews and I did not find the facility or staff to be anything but nice. It's a great place to go if you hate big gyms with no room to work out. You'll feel comfortable going there no one to hassel you. Great clean dressing rooms and great steam/dry saunas. The hours are not the greatest they close at 9:00 during the week and 6:00 on week-ends. The owner never bugs you justs sits back and does his thing in the back office. Always says hi to me. Parking is great and it's all ages of ladies there not just older ones young ones to. The membership is higher than I like, but I am paying for the comfort I have in going there. I actully go to the gym now before I never did.

Staff seems to socialize more than anything and with members who have been at the club for years. Two owners, seem nice on the phone but have somewhat bland personalities in person. Hours could be longer (closes at 8 on weeknights and 5 on weekends).

The staff is very rude and unprofessional - definitely caters to much older women. Received very average service but enjoyed the yoga classes. The manager would sit in a back room and watch TV while many people were waiting for towels or help with services. Very odd.
