It appeared clean.
Hotel was clean and staff friendly. Continental breakfast was not good at all. Toaster did not work so even after five minutes of my English muffin cooking, it was still not even warm. Not a good selection of items. ...

Going Downhill fast
Been staying here monthly for 2 years and its been steadily going downhill. Internet access never works, room remodels are half done, they seem to have stopped without furnishing all the rooms. Breakfast selection is getting worse every week; whatever happened to the famous cinnamon rolls? Front desk employees are very pleasant and try to help and rooms are clean, but lots of other hotels in the area which are worth the try.‎

Great place for families!!
We stayed here May 15-19, 2009 and were very pleased with the hotel. This is the second time we stayed here and both visits were great. We had no problem checking in or out. The breakfast was simple cereal, biscuits and gravy and pastries. The kids liked the pool. It is located near a shopping center, movie theater, restaurants (applebees, dominos pizza, rubios) and even a grocery store.‎

NASTY SMOKING HOTEL....
This hotel was convenient off of the 15 freeway. It was nasty in that there are smoking chimney pots about every 10 yards in the hallways and everywhere! They allowed pets here and kids were running around screaming everywhere. There is NOT enough parking if it is a busy weekend. The Holiday Inn Express literally shares the same property. The only good thing is that these are suites and are large. The rooms are old and not in good condition. My in-laws also stayed with us and they had white flakes (I guess it was paint) all over their supposedly cleaned room. Then, they had only 1 bath towel. They called in for another towel which never came. My in-laws were so disgusted that they checked out a day early.‎
