the apartments are spacious and nice. they come with washer, dryer, oven-stove top/ microwave combo, and refrigerator. but you have to make over $2,000 a month to live here. there is also a little play area for kids, a small gym, and a business center on campus w/private garage.

I looked at some apartments in this place and let me tell you WOW very nice.

You usually dont see anything this nice in this town more in the richer areas like Encino and Woodland Hills Not in VAN NUYS!

This place is just as nice as those fancy apartments in the rich areas costing 5 grand or more a month!

But here they have huge 1,600 sq feet plus apartments!

They are super nice for about $1,800 per month.

Now for van nuys apartments that is EXPENSIVE.

This is true but for what you get if you compare it to other luxury apartments like it in Encino etc this is a GREAT VALUE! also there is no apartments in van nuys as big and nice as this so of course it going to be a bit more pricey then the average apartment in this city
Its very nice however i plan to get one and move in =o)

Only complaint is no pool but they do have a business center and gym.

new spacious apartments, very clean and neat.each apt comes with a stove/oven & microwave combo, washer, dryer, and fridge. there is a media room and small gymon site as well. private garage.

This apts are very spacious and nice. They come with appliances already, all you need is your furniture and tv. The floor in the main living space is unfinished wood, carpet in the bedrooms, and tile in the bathrooms. There is a small fitness center, childrens play area, and business center on site, with private garage.

Very neat apartments, modern and comfortable, close to shops and bus stations. We are living in one of the apartments for almost two years now. We like the place because it is equipped with elevators and washers and dryers in the apartments.
