I was very impressed with the excellent customer service I recieved. Sean especially was most helpful, along with another young guy in the back (sorry I didnt get his name, but really they are all very helpful). They made sure that I had the best solution even though it meant I saved $$ instead of spending more. They have demonstrated that they care about doing whats best for the customer as opposed to other places where they only care about sales & profit. They know its better to have a customer for life than a customer for a day and I will be a customer for life as long as they stay that way!‎

these guys are very cliquish and will make you wait until they finish their inside jokes before helping a customer. the last straw for me was when they charged me a $10 "storage" fee for keeping my bike in their repair shop a week beyond when i was supposed to pick it up. when i called to explain that i had not received a message from them the manager argued with me and would not change the bill! what ever happened to the policy "the customer is always right"?‎

Having just bought my bike today from Target.com, it was delivered and I built the main components, but had to had the derauiller checked, as well as the gear shifters, and brakes. I biked 4 miles to this store, and they serviced my bike quickly and courteously. Everything was fixed in under 20 minutes, and $20 even. This will be my bike shop for a long while, everything runs great!‎

Jones has all the newest and hottest bikes out there. Their customer service is above and beyond. We have always been satisfied and will continue using their services for many years to come.

Jones Bicycles is a great place for bikes as well as skateboards and all the accompanying accessories. The staff is incredibly helpful, yet not pushy. And there's a wide selection to choose from. A Belmont Shore staple for many years, it's the perfect place to pick up bikes for your kids and weekend cruisers for mom and dad.
