i received a flyer from lilhearts advertising a baby panel for $40 which included 4 sessions at 3, 6, 9 and 12 months. i was excited to go but had never been to a private studio. the environment was nice and provided a changing room with supplies (diapers etc) for your little one. the photographer was good and got great pictures! we ended up not buying any additional pictures because it was more than we wanted to spend at the time. after the intial visit and we kindly declined additional pictures we never felt any pressure to purchase more than the original baby panel. since we have been to babies r us and picture people. while they are much cheaper in price.... they do not provide the same service as jack. with lilhearts there is no waiting around because it is a private studio, they are very accomodating, have a plethara of props and take great photos. if you have the money to spend this is definitely the place to go :)

When we went to take our son to take protraits at Lilhearts we had no idea what the outcome was to be. The minute we walked in to the studio, everyone was friendly. We waited for our turn in a confortable room while I fed my son. When it was my son's turn, Jack was far more than professional. He was very good with him and knew how to make him smile. In fact, Jack brought out the best poses out of him. Overall the protrait session was very succesful. In a few weeks we were shown the protraits. And what a presentation! It took our breaths away. The slide show presentation was a unique way to view the protraits we were to choose from. There was no pressure with time and Will was far more than patient with us. The entire staff presented themselves very professionlly and kind. Now we have a collection of protraits at home that brings us joy.

I had never been to a professional photography studio before. I received a flyer for the baby panel at Lilhearts and just had to jump on the offer. You can't beat 4 sessions for 40 bucks anywhere! I was very pleased with the service and organization. Jack, the photographer has been great in explaining the process, what to expect and what he expects. I can appreciate the 'to the point' information. The theater to view the sessions was impressive. Such a fun yet difficult experience to pick and choose. The plans that are offered are awesome. However, they are far out of my budget. Luckily, you don't have to be a plan member. We purchased the Kissables frame at 3 months and are extremely pleased with it. If I did not receive the flyer, I would have never looked into a Photographer. An offer from Sears also came my way. I took advantage of that, too. Why? I ask myself now that I've been to Lilhearts. This is my first child and not my last. I will be sure to return to Lilhearts with my next lil' one.

Lil Hearts is a great way to get those baby milestones photographed and documented for posterity; especially since you need great equipment to capture those fleeting smiles at the youngest stages!
The studio is friendly and inviting; the staff is always so kind to my son and make things as easy as possible.
The prints are the highest quality, and selecting them is an easy process in their viewing room.
Also great that you don't have to go to the mall, find parking, walk through the crowds, and in other words, exhaust new moms and babies before you've even gotten to the studio!

Lil' Hearts is much more superior to those mall photo studios. Jack is a talented photographer. He's able to capture unique and beautiful images of your child. His staff is wonderful. There are attentive, helpful and friendly. Also, I really appreciate them having a private changing room filled with all the necessities. Yes, they are a little pricey. But once you see the amazing images of your child, you'll know it was well worth it.
