Little did I know the hassle in trying to get a tux the day of an event! I Googled "los angeles tuxedo rental same-day." I was greeted with great reviews of Mr Tuxedo and decided to make the drive. They handled me with kid gloves and walked me through every option (vest, no vest, bow tie, tie, which shoes) with the patience of saints.
If I or anyone I know ever has to rent (or purchase!) a tux or suit, the only words out of my mouth with be Mr. Tuxedo.

Great quality, service and prices. We choose this place over Men's Wearhouse for our wedding because of the service. Plus, you actually get to try the rentals on, unlike the Men's Wearhouse. The staff was very accommodating, especially of our groomsmen who didn't live in the city. They allowed them to pick up the tuxes the morning of the wedding and made alterations on the spot.

Great service. If you actually take the time to talk to the people they are really nice and they don't get tired even if you are a very picky person. Over the phone service is great too. They have a lot of different styles, many different sizes, and colors.

I've rented a tux from this place a couple times. Their prices are very competitive and they've got a good selection. Also, the service is great, which is not always the case with these formal wear places. At other places I've been to you can be forced to wait over an hour to pick up your tux! I'm 33 and I'm not sure why I don't own a tux yet but these guys have a good selection if you're looking to buy as well.
