BAD Customer service!
I am there a lot but three occasions we have gone to this new Office Depot and its Very disturbing. Would not make my chair I purchased for 2 day, then when I went in to pick it up, it was the wrong one; I sat on the floor for a week. Would not honor the newspaper add? Another time ran out of a buy one get one free and would not give me a "rain Check" Manager would rather stock shelves than help customers. I called in and complained to the 800 number never received a response. Difference Office depot’s are great!! But don’t go to this one. Yesterday made the mistake of going (convenience) in there for the quick books free add, she said sorry, there on pallets in the back, FED UP! I said fine I will go back and GET IT MYSELF!!!!! The Girl Maria was irritated but she went and got one for me. BAD customer Service, when they have to close this one we will know why. With my experience in management, they should remove both managers, I remember some of the employee from the location on Chapman and the customer service was good there, employee seemed happy BUT Management has destroyed this new location. SAD

Bad customer service experience trying to return an item in the evening. Manager was nice, cashier was nice, but another young guy employee kept interjecting and getting defensive. Made a simple return very uncomfortable. Don't think they were mature/ experienced enough to handle situation. Unfortunately, I probably will not return to that store. They may have been correct with what the store policy sais, even though I take issue with it. Its just the way they handled themselves. Just very defensive with no solution to my problem. I felt he just wanted to fight and not bother resolving the issue. The girls looked almost embarassed, although very nice. The guy was an ass. I will be talking to the day time manager soon just to report my problem with the employee.
