I just ordered some Pasta with bread sticks. As it is common among many fast food places, they forget something or just simply didn't read the order correctly. In my case they forgot the sauce for my bread sticks, not a big deal, so I call the store and told them about their mistake; hoping for them to say "sorry, we made a mistake" "we'll take care of it" or something like that. But no.... the woman who answer the phone start telling me that they never give you tomato sauce for your bred sticks. I reply by saying "that's weird, because for the last three times that I had order from your store there has always come with tomato sauce" She hangs on me. I call back and this time a man answered the phone. I explained what had happened and he goes into this whole mambo jumbo that the reason they didn't put sauce in the breads sticks is because the sauce container doesn't fit in the bread sticks' box. WTF????? In conclusion, the delivery was right on time but the customer service sucks. This was my fourth and last time ordering from them. All they had to say was "we messed, sorry" end of story.
