i went in recently for a manicure and pedicure as i was told to go there from a great friend of mine. It was a very nice and clean atmosphere and the employees were very nice and did a great job on my nails. But, their were manyyy mannyy flaws..she did extra treatments on me without asking and when it came time to pay told me to pay for it although she had not mentioned to me that i would be needing to pay. She also lied about what she had done that was so "special" yes, she did a great job and yes, i love how my naiils look but, i would never go back i get a manicure and pedicure for 30 dollars and it is amazing! Again if you are looking to splurge on your nails and spend almost 100 dollars on a manicure and pedicure then pure day spa is a great place to go but, other wise no. And i read messages below that said the massage was good my lady barely even massaged me.

I went to this place when they were having their one year anniversary. I was impressed with the cleanliness and atmosphere of this place. The staff are friendly too, I give them that. But everything else is downhill from here. I went in to get my eyebrows waxed and was taken back when I found out it was going to be $18. But I figured I wouldn't mind paying that much for an EXCEPTIONAL job. The job was less than exceptional and the esthetician took at least 20 minutes to do my eyebrows. She didn't make them even and I noticed that she had not cut them enough at the top. I addressed this too her and she told me that she couldn't do anything else to them because they would look even more crooked. She assured me they would grow back even in the next week, and I just didn't want to argue with her any more. Staff were nice, place was clean, BUT they have absolutely no business charging the ridiculous amounts they do for their services. I went in for a facial waxing and the girl did a mediocre job on my eyebrows. She made them uneven and they grew back uneven within 3 days. Not only that, but she took FOREVER to do them. I figured if I was going to pay $20 and the esthetician takes that long, this was going to be an impressive job. But absolutely not. You can get a way more impressive waxing job done by nail salons run by Vietnamese ladies for half the price they charge here. I was very disappointed with the service I received and I will NEVER go back to that place again. I also encourage those of you who want quality service for your dollar to avoid this place as well. This is my honest review, and I think all the other 5 star reviews are shills for this place.‎
