Called this company to get my carpet cleaned for when my parents were coming to town. They were quick and efficient! Whenever I need my carpet cleaned I am definitely calling them!

Regal Carpet advertises that it will offer a professional deep cleaning of 5 rooms for $88.95. This covers Berber Carpet and All Light Colored Carpets. Up to 800 Sq. ft will be cleaned and White/Off White & Soiled Areas are additional cost. My carpet did have stains, but since we were just moving in and planning to change the carpet in a few months, we simply wanted them to remove the dirt on 800 sq. ft of carpet regardless of stains. I repeat, I did not require any stain removal nor any warranty that the carpet have aesthetic improvement whatsoever. When the technician saw that he wasn't going to sell us on any additional services, he claimed that he could not do the work for the price advertised as he would get fired. It was classic Bait and Switch. Bottom line, the ad is for a service designed to get the technician into the home and then add additional services to get the cost higher including stain pre-treatment and removal. When I called them on it, they said they would honor the deal and send another tech crew out that afternoon. They never called back or sent anybody over. I called again that afternoon and they said they would have someone call. They never did. The company had no intention of performing the advertised service at the advertised price.

Bait and Switch company.
Make sure you read their B.B.B. Profile. They have many complaints against them. Whoever voted a 7 was LYING.

Company gave me a price over the phone for someone to come and use a truck mounted machine. The man came late, and said that he could NOT use the truck mount because the cord was too short. He said he'd have to come back the next day, bring another man and use a handheld machine. Because of this, the price would go up by $50.00. He came late again the next day, with no handhelds and no other man...proceeded to use the truck mount which I was initially quoted for, took 10 minutes, and then CHARGED ME FOR THE WORK HE SAID WOULD REQUIRE TWO MEN AND A HANDHELD MACHINE.
While he was there, he did not move ANY furniture. He asked me to move all the chairs. Then he sat outside for 20 minutes on his cell phone. He was ALREADY late! I did not complain to him because i did not want him to do a shotty job. But he did so anyways. It took him 10 minutes to do TWO rooms and he charged me what he would have charged if he had used a handheld and brought another man. I signed off on the sheet thinking he was only charging me for the truck mount, but later that evening, i noticed that the price was 140.00, NOT 90.00.

I spoke with the owner "Danny Forster" who told me that he would call me back when the man who did the work showed up at the office. But I have not heard from him since that day - one week ago and he JUST charged my credit card.

Why would the man have to come back the next day to perform the services he could have performed the day BEFORE??

BAIT AND SWITCH!
