horrible vet clinic‎
staff is decent but the vet is very rude and uncaring. have been overcharged too many times and will not be back. there are many other vets in riverside who are better than dr. alice. try pedley square or the woodcrest clinic‎

Dr. Alice is the WORST VET ive ever been to!
dr alice is horrible, rude, unprofessional and has an ego problem....she isn't as good as she thinks she is...take your pet to pedley vet clinic they are much nicer and better vets. i was turned down for an emergency surgery to save my pets ...

do not use this vet she is all about...
the money when you have an emergency. Very uncaring staff and unprofessional on the phone. Would not give meds to dying pet and called another office to decline same. Needs to have her license pulled immediately. RIP OFF VET ...
