Shellys is the place to go for great shopping but especially Halloween costumes. Every year it is an event going there, not only because of the huge selection, but because of the owner, Shelly. She is welcoming, helpful, fair, fun and FUNNY. It doesn't get better than that!

Shelly's is Amazing!
I have always been able to find the cutest and most unique halloween costumes at shelly's and dance items when i used to dance. It's totally worth the price and the costumes are never cheap! <3

The BEST costumes I have found anywhere!
Full dancewear and production costumes. Everyone in their is very helpful in getting it together each year at Halloween.
I have even used them for gifts too, and other fun holidays like New Years, Festivas, and local parades.
