If I could give 0 stars, I would.
Limo was beautiful, but service was horrible. The ONLY and I mean ONLY reason I went with this company (which was MORE expensive than other limo buses I found) was because I was told the limo-bus has seatbelts for infant car-seats. After limo arrived... of course, there was none!!! (very upsetting, since I confirmed with 2 people (Debra & Derek) from the Skye Limo, in 2 different situations, that the belts where there)
I tried not to let that bother me, as there was nothing I could do at that point. Our driver was very nit-picky about everything, which was a little bothersome. However, the night kept getting worse. We stopped at a park so my guests could eat pizza (off the bus). While eating the driver went inside the bus and threw away 2 bags of un-opened party cups. Who throws away un-open anything? Frustrating, we had to spend extra “limo bus” time on then going to Vons to get more cups. On the way there, the driver COMPLETELY blew through a stop sign. He didn’t even TRY to stop! Now, I hope you understand how horrible this is, as I have children inside who are not properly belted!!! Luckily for the driver he ran inside, and purchased the party cups for us (which is what I would expect him to do, since he threw them away, and we wasted time to get new ones).
The next day, I sent a long email to Derek & Debra explaining the horrible experience we had. I let them know that I did not receive what I paid for (no seat belts) and that I was very unhappy. Their reply to me (DAYS LATER) was, “1. We didn’t physically check to see if there was seat belts, and SORRY – this was not our driver, we rent out other companies drivers/vehicles, and because it’s not OUR vehicle/driver there is NOTHING they could do to compensate me”. Who runs a business like this? Why would you not check to see if the ONE thing a customer requests is in the bus or not? It was ridiculous, because I did NOT get what I paid for, and I made it extremely clear when I ordered the limo what my expectations were
