I'm a happy Statewide Enterprises tenant
I have lived at my building which is managed by Statewide Enterprises for the last 5 years and they run an extremely professional operation here. The property is immaculate, the apartments are remodeled and any maintenance requests that I have made have been addressed within a short period of time. The manager here is a real sweetheart and really tries her hardest to make everyone happy. And last but not least, the rent is relatively reasonable for the great quality that I am receiving. I am happy to give them my five star rating.
