Poor Customer Service
This store has some of the worst customer service in the world! First you have to wait at least a half hour to get help. Then you have one person help you with the phone and then get to stand in yet another line so you can pay a third person. The people working there are rude, they often refer you to their phone customer service and in general will not help you figure out the best plan for you. To make matters worse there are no chairs and no restrooms.
