Quality & Affordable Auto Repair! Honest Mechanic
Very pleased with the quality of service provided by the mechanic at this auto repair shop in Van Nuys. I read somewhere that they have just a few mechanics here and are very personable, and that was true. If you don't want to waste your time, just ask for Greg if he's available. He gives you an honest auto repair quote and is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to car issues. I will definitely be back to Victory Auto!

Can easily say Greg is the best auto repair mechanic in van nuys. I took my Hyundai Genesis Coupe to a couple of dealers because it was making some clanking sound when I would drive in reverse. Dealership said it looks normal, the sound may be a manufacturer defect of some sort. REALLY!?! Anyway, I took it down to Victory Auto Service Center, small auto repair shop...got helped by a mechanic named Greg. He drove my car back and forth a few times on their small lot, with his head out (listening to the sound). Asked if I was in a hurry, which I wasn't. Told me it would be ready in about an hour. Had lunch, came back, and to my surprise the sound was GONE! This guy knows what he's doing. I'll definitely be back. no more playing around with other mechanics. Talk to Greg, he know's what he's doing!

Honest Auto Repair in Van Nuys
thank you Greg. I needed my brakes fixed and was looking for an auto repair shop around the area. Luckily, I found Victory Auto on my phone and drove straight there. The wierd thing was that when I would drive 60+ mph and then hit my brakes, it would start shaking and the handling felt wierd, so i knew I had to get it repaired since it wasn't normal. When I took my car to the repair shop, i knew they cared because he made it real personal. He treated like me like a good friend of his, even though it was my first time there. He took my car for a spin, came back and said he would fix the problem. He explained what caused it, how he could fix it, and how much it would cost, before I agreed to anything, which i really apprreciated. Thank you Greg and Victory Auto Service Staff for your assitance I will be coming back for future auto repair needs and will recommend to others.

I've been going to Victory Auto for many years now. This is a full service shop that handles mechanical repairs and body work for both foriegn and domestic cars. They always give an accurate diagnosis and a fair price. If you drive a BMW or Mercedes you should definitely give this shop a try.
