Lots of great boxers train here. I met Manny Paquoia a world Champion and saw Mario Lopez the actor and Oscar De la Hoya. Very attractive and fit people. I get my hair cut at Julie's Hair People Salon just next door.

Mr. Roach trains such boxing greats James Toney, Manny Pacquiao, and others.

While this is a professional boxing gym, it does open itself to individuals who would like to learn the sweetest of sciences.

If you are a looking to workout, the no nonsense tone of the gym is excellent. Many boxing stars and movie stars work out here, but are not bothered due to the professional atmosphere.

This is not Ballys or 24 Hour Fitness, this is a boxing gym.
