Employment Law for the Employer, Finally!
In establishing a non profit in CA I wanted the experience and assistance to do this correctly the first time. The attorneys at Dearn Law, did just that. I appreciate how helpful each of the office personnel were when I had ongoing questions and felt unsure about the next steps.
I also have to say, I stopped in the office one day to grab a copy of some records and one of the gals mentioned that Alica (Dearn) was in court. With some free time, I went over to the court house and watched one of my attorneys in action. WOW! I felt somewhat proud that this was MY Attorney up there hammering another on the witness stand.
Time did not permit me to stay for the entire trial, but when following up on this last week, I was not surprised to hear the other guy was looking to settle. :)
It doesn't hurt to get a free consultation to see how they can help. I did and I am pleased with the services I have received. I also like that their offices are in the open. No employee is hiding behind a door or wall.

I hired Suanne Honey to assist me in my divorce. As divorces go ours was as bad as any. Ms. Honey represented me in the divorce and child custody. The process was difficult and she explained absolutely everything in terms I could easily understand and grasp.
