Voted for Tommys Original World Famous Hamburgers
I recently wrote a review about a different Tommy's location in which I raved about the excellent service I received. I had a quite contrary experience at this particular location. Long story short; When I say I want a plain chili cheeseburger it still means I want chili. I don't feel it is necessary to say I want a plain chili cheeseburger with chili. It just seems redundant. Unfortunately, the majority of the employees at this location do not know english and are not very welcoming. I do NOT recommend going to this location, make it a road trip and drive an extra 8 minutes to go to the Pasadena location. Trust me.

I went to Tommy's today, but not for the first time, I frequent the spot a matter of fact. The food is always good, the quality is average, which kinda makes it taste better if you can understand that. Anyways, there is one woman who works there and she just makes my day everytime I go in. Corporate take note, Carmen is always smiling and always very welcoming and polite, give her a promotion, and free burgers for me. Tommy's is a must but prepare for simultaneous grease and greatness.

Food is very poor quality which fits well with the service. Definitely not a recommendation unless you are under the influence in which case this restaurant could be amazing. Most people at this restaurant during their peek, at around 1am, are generally under some influence.

It is a target so the prices and the selection is still great, the sales staff needs some work. I just didn't feel like I was getting enough attention for how much I was purchasing. Nevertheless the fact that it is a target makes up for what it's lacking.

Taco Azteca is great for a quick meal but overall the meat is not the best of quality, the service is a little weak unless you know spanish, and the wait is too long for a couple tacos
